Q: Do you ship outside of HongKong?
A: Yes. we ship all over the world, since 1998.
Q: How can I place my order?
A: Click on the category in the menu bar above and it will take you to the appropriate shopping cart. Choose the products your interested and follow the instruction to submit the order.
You may eventually order by email.
Q: Can't see the shipping charge in the basket, so how does it work?
A: It's almost impossible to set an actual postage ( international ) with the system. Therefore we have to do this manually for each order, and leave the shipping "open" at the time you submit the order.
Once your order is received, we'll get back to you with all details including postage, and await for your confirmation. To avoid delay, please send us your confirmation as soon as possible.
Q: How soon can you ship my order?
A: Within 2 working days after receiving you payment. In case of credit card payment, it's 2 working days upon receiving the approval from the card center.
Q: How much will be the postage for 1 model?
A: This will depend on the size of it and the whole packing. Here is what we charge for 1 to 3 items.

Q: How do you ship my order?
A: By registered airmail through HongKong Post Office. For Asia and Oceanic, they'll be shipped via EMS/Speedpost for parcel over 1 Kg. For unknown reason, in these areas sometimes the regular mail costs almost the same as EMS.
Q: How long will I receive my order?
A: In normal circumstances, approximately 7 days for regular airmail, and 4 days for EMS/Speedpost.
Q: What kind of payment do you accept?
A: Mastercard's, Visa, American Express, and Paypal.
All charges will be in HongKong dollars, and under the account of Toymax Co.
 Note: For PAYPAL payments, please place orders by email with item description, quantity and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
Q: Is it safe to send my credit card information via the shopping cart?
A: For safety reason, please send us the information separately in 2 different emails.
If you have others questions, please send us an email and will reply to it as soon as possible.
